A Friendly Table Tennis Match

28th October 2006, many Lishan Table Tennis associators and I went to Taipei Ta-tung Senior High School to have a friendly table tennis match. After we got there, I found that our attendance was the best. We had 12 peoples there.
Once we got there, I looked around the school. Ta-tung Senior High School is a very beautiful place, and it can compete with our school—Lishan Senior High School. At first, we almost got lost because it is very big. That day, four schools’ teams attended.
We had two teams. One was all-eleven grade. The other one was all-first grade. Although one team swept the board and the other team almost lost, we enjoyed the games. Besides, we reinforced our friendship.

An Unforgetable Lesson

In the English class last week, Sam was sleeping in front of the teacher Frank. At the moment, Sam dreamed that he was a teacher teaching in the class. In coincidence, a student was sleeping in front of him, too. Sam was out of rage. Then, he took a dictionary, hit the student and yelled: “Hey! Wake up, Tim! Stay awake in the class!”

But in the next second, Sam found that his head was hit by a heavy book. “Wake up, Sam! Stay awake in the class!” The teacher said the same words as he said in the dream. He felt embarrassed, and he owed the teacher an apology.

After that, he realized that it is not easy to be a teacher. He swore an oath in his mind : I will never sleep in the class.

A dog story

December 19^th was Daniel’s birthday, and he held a birthday party at night. His friend, Ban, game him a dog. Daniel was so happy for he had wanted a dog since five years ago.

A year later, Daniel took a walk with the dog, Sam. He unleashed the collar, and let the dog run free. An hour later, he found the dog disappear. “Sam! Where are you? Sam! Can you hear me?” At that time, Daniel couldn’t find his god. He was so sad.

After that, Daniel was on his way home. He found that Sam was waiting for him in front of the door, and smiled at him. Daniel rushed to Sam and gave him a big hug. He promised that he won’t leave Sam alone and will take good care of him forever.

One day, while Lucy was playing in the garden, she found some stray cats. She was happy, and she started to play with them. Gradually, she grew more attrached to them, so she took them into the house to keep them. “Mom, may I raise the poor stray cats?” “To keep them, you need to clean their waste every day. Most importantly, you cannot abandon them like their former owner. Can you follow the rules?” “Of course! I’ll keep my promise.” Accordingly, the stray cats stayed in Lucy’s house.

“Pete! Stay away from the sofa! So are you, Matt, don’t play with the toilet tissue! …” Even though the cats made Lucy’s house a mess, she still did not feel angry. As a matter of fact, she felt satisfied. Because she knew, the cats wouldn’t have to lead a vagrant life anymore.

My Special Friend

Yu-Chung Tim always has a smile on his face. Not only I but also other classmates like to make friends with him. His face looks like a big Teddy Bear–friendly.

Everytimes I chat with him, he always gives me the best response. When I have trouble, he never refuses my request and help me through.

Yu-Chung usually says some dirty words, but I know that he doesn’t mean it. Actually, he seldom gets angry at anything. In a word, he’s a kind person.

Though he spends lots of time on computer games, he has good grades. He knows how to work efficiently. That’s why he has more time to do what he likes.

Yu-Chung always says” I’m a handsome bot,” but I don’t agree. He’s a friendly person, and he is one of my best friends.

A Thanksgiving Surprise

On Thanksgiving night, Lara was preparing a great meal for the party. And her dog, John, was sitting by her.

Suddenly, a gorilla rushed in the kitchen. Lara was scared, and she started screaming. The food was spilt to the floor, and John started eating, although he should have fought for saving his master’s life.

While Lara thought how a gorilla can come out from the zoo and walk in her house, the gorilla stopped moving. In this moment, she found that the gorilla wasn’t real! There was a man inside!

“Lara, would you like to merry me?” said Lara’s boyfriend, Jack. After that, a bunch of flowers came out from his back. “Oh, yes.” It’s the most special gift for Lara this year.
